We facilitate, coordinate, and introduce. We are not the seller or buyer in a transaction unless expressly agreed in writing, and we are not a customs broker, freight forwarder, or licensed importer/exporter unless documented.
Supplier & buyer verification
We carry out preliminary qualification, but each party is responsible for its own due diligence before entering a transaction.
Quotations & specifications
Quotations, prices, and specifications are provided by third parties and may change. Confirm all details directly before ordering.
Transaction responsibility
Contracts, payments, and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and seller. We are not party to those obligations unless agreed.
Import, customs, logistics & inspection
Import requirements, customs, logistics, and inspection are the responsibility of the transacting parties and their appointed providers.
Third-party sellers & buyers
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or solvency of third-party sellers and buyers.
